These cosmetic partials (on the right) are extemely light and durable. They are mostly metal free and VERY comfortable. The best feature about these partials is that they are not harsh or detremental to existing teeth as the conventional partials are, since they do not solely depend on teeth as anchorage.
Conventional partials (on the left) have metal clasp and hooks. These metal clasps and hooks, grab on to teeth and after a few years, they loosen the tooth that the metal clasp is hooked on, forcing the tooth to be extracted.
